77avc Terms and Conditions

77avc ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and entertainment service operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 77avc and registered users of the Platform. By starting to use the Platform or registering an account, you voluntarily agree to each clause of these Terms.

1 Definitions and Interpretations

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at 77avc, you must meet the following conditions:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may create and use an account at 77avc. We may request necessary documents to verify age at any time. If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any bonuses will be void. Members of the same household, or multiple accounts operated from the same device or network, are not permitted.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. If any information changes, you must notify our support team immediately. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details fully confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account without authorisation. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. Funds must be sent only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be automatically returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed while a verification process is in progress.

3.3 Payment Verification

77avc reserves the right to verify any payment transaction. In cases of suspicious activity, we may request additional identity verification documents. If fraud is established, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

77avc offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is governed by specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳42,000 gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be used only once per account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to any third party.
• 77avc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to extract a bonus through strategic wagering is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Each promotional offer may have its own detailed conditions, which will be stated alongside that offer.

5 Gaming Rules

All games available at 77avc follow fair play principles. The following gaming rules apply to all users:

• The use of any fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools in any game is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in immediate account closure.
• If a game is disrupted due to a server or network error, 77avc reserves the right to void or reprocess that round.
• If a technical error is found in a game result, 77avc may take corrective action.
• In any gaming dispute, the decision of 77avc will be considered final.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The 77avc VIP program is divided into five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher levels come with greater benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP benefits may be changed at 77avc's discretion. Separate conditions may apply to withdrawing VIP cashback.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 77avc:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or attempted money laundering.
• Using another person's account credentials, or renting or selling an account.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability in a game or the system.
• Harassing or threatening other users on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

If any of the above activities are proven, 77avc reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

77avc reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected on the account.
• If evidence of false or incomplete information is found.
• If proof of age cannot be provided.
• In cases of payment fraud or chargeback requests.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
